Urban Transformation Network (UTN) works with under-represented and limited resource individuals, families, and youth to improve health issues (such as hunger, malnutrition, and obesity), assist with making healthier food choices, and aim for a physically active lifestyle.
Urban Transformation Network is committed to increasing access to fresh, local, sustainably grown food throughout Chicago by linking individuals to our community gardens, and re-connecting individuals with the land, their heritage, and their communities.
UTN offers faith based and other not-for-profit organizations the ability to “Become A Partner” with UTN so that their youth and adults can learn about nutrition and wellness, as well as purchase discounted products for healthy eating.
